Actress Krystal (Jung Soo-jung), who debuted as a member of the group f(x), is returning to her original profession as a singer.

According to reports from Maeil Business Star Today on the 20th, Krystal will release her first solo album since her debut on the 24th. It has been confirmed that the album will be a full-length album showcasing all her musical capabilities.

Recently, Krystal posted a photo of herself in the recording studio on her social media, hinting at the upcoming album release.

Having debuted in 2009 as a member of f(x), Krystal has participated in numerous music projects as a solo vocalist in addition to the group's music. In particular, she has showcased her vocal abilities by singing OSTs for various works she starred in, including 'The Goddess of Studying', 'Cinderella Sister', 'Sign', 'To the Beautiful You', and 'My Lovely Girl'.

With this album, Krystal will officially debut as a solo artist after 16 years.

Previously, Krystal expressed her desire to return as a singer in several interviews. In this context, she signed a contract with Vistas & Natives, a company specializing in music and performance planning and production, in February of last year, demonstrating her commitment to her singing career.
