SM Entertainment has announced the legal response situation regarding its affiliated group, Rise.

On the 15th, SM Entertainment stated, "We have filed a lawsuit against those who spread false information related to Rise on a specific online platform," and added, "Some individuals who impersonated the members' acquaintances to continuously create false information, and those confirmed to have engaged in illegal activities, have been charged and were sent to the prosecution last year, resulting in confirmed penalties such as fines."

It continued, "Recently, there have been ongoing incidents of unauthorized use of the members' personal information to change or cancel flight ticket seats, disrupting their schedules, and we are also responding to this. This constitutes obstruction of business and may be subject to claims for damages."

Additionally, it mentioned that malicious posts and comments containing false information related to Rise's management staff have caused damage, stating, "We will respond strictly and without leniency to any indiscriminate illegal activities targeting Rise and all related aspects. We urge everyone to be particularly cautious to avoid facing penalties for such actions."

Meanwhile, Rise kicked off their '2025 Rise Concert Tour [Rising Loud] in Seoul' from April 4 to 6 at the KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul. They will continue the tour's excitement in 14 locations worldwide, including Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Fukuoka, Taipei, Singapore, and Macau.
