The recent news about Seungri, a former member of the group Big Bang, has caught attention.
Recently, an internet user shared a photo with the caption “Hi Seungri Oppa.” The photo shows Seungri with the woman, wearing a white sleeveless t-shirt, yellow sunglasses, and a hat, smiling.
This internet user set the location of the photo to ‘Seoul,’ indicating that Seungri is currently staying in Korea.
The user introduces themselves as a cryptocurrency trader and luxury goods appraiser.
Seungri debuted as a member of Big Bang in 2016 and gained immense popularity, later making a name for himself as a solo artist and businessman. However, he became embroiled in the so-called ‘Burning Sun Gate’ incident in November 2018, which put him in the spotlight for negative reasons. Ultimately, he left the group and was expelled from the entertainment industry due to this incident. Additionally, he was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison for nine charges related to the incident, including legal violations (embezzlement) and instigation of special assault, and was released in February 2023.
According to industry sources, Seungri is currently planning an entertainment business in China.
