The mixed-gender group All Day Project is causing a sensation right from their debut.
On the 23rd, the new mixed-gender group All Day Project (Annie, Tarzan, Bailey, Woochan, Youngseo), under The Black Label, officially debuted with their single ‘FAMOUS’ and made a significant impact upon their arrival. The double title tracks ‘FAMOUS’ and ‘WICKED’ immediately entered the top 100 chart on Melon, Korea's largest music site, right after their release.
On the 16th, a week before their official debut, the pre-released music video for ‘FAMOUS’ topped both YouTube's trending videos and the trending music chart. Thanks to this explosive popularity, the audio for ‘FAMOUS’, released on the 23rd, also reached number one on the Bugs chart and number one on the Vibe domestic rising chart, ranking 9th on Melon’s ‘TOP 100’ within just 6 hours, sweeping the domestic music charts. The other title track ‘WICKED’ also showed its strength as a newcomer, ranking 63rd on Melon’s ‘TOP 100’ and 2nd on the Vibe domestic rising chart.
The performance video for ‘WICKED’, released in two versions, also captured the attention of K-pop fans. The performance video ‘MOVIE SET’ version and ‘BASEMENT’ version, along with the ‘Studio Dance’ teaser video, ranked 1st, 3rd, and 4th respectively on YouTube's trending videos chart. Notably, the ‘MOVIE SET’ version of the ‘WICKED’ performance video reached 6th place on the US YouTube trending chart, proving its global appeal.
With their debut song racing through the music charts and setting records, all eyes are on what All Day Project will achieve in the future. All Day Project is the second group presented by The Black Label, led by Teddy, who has produced music for top K-pop artists. They made a glamorous debut amidst great interest due to their unconventional mixed-gender group format and the strong presence of its five widely recognized members.
Meanwhile, All Day Project is set to actively promote with their double title tracks ‘FAMOUS’ and ‘WICKED’.
