Hyeri, a singer and actress from the girl group Girl's Day, has been revealed to own two buildings in Gangnam.

According to a report by News1 on the 1st, Hyeri purchased an old multi-family house in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu for 7.75 billion won under her family's corporation in August 2022.

The house is located near the subway transfer stations of Seonjeongneung Station on Line 9 and Suin-Bundang Line, as well as Gangnam-gu Office Station on Line 7, making it a highly accessible location.

After demolishing the existing house, Hyeri built a new structure with 2 basement levels and 6 above-ground floors. The total acquisition cost, including the purchase price of 7.75 billion won, transaction costs of 450 million won, and construction costs of 2.5 billion won, is estimated to be 10.7 billion won. The industry expects that if the building is sold, it will yield a capital gain of over 3 billion won in about three years.

In addition, Hyeri also owns a building in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu. In December 2020, she purchased an old house under her own established corporation for 4.39 billion won. This building was also demolished and rebuilt, and the current market value is expected to exceed 10 billion won, with the industry anticipating a capital gain of over 3 billion won upon sale.

Accordingly, the combined acquisition cost of Hyeri's buildings in Samseong-dong and Yeoksam-dong is approximately 12.1 billion won, with a minimum capital gain of 6 billion won expected upon sale.

Hyeri is set to hold a solo fan meeting at Ewha Womans University Samsung Hall on the 7th. Following that, she will connect with global fans through an Asia tour in Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok.
