Rapper Sani has been sued by his agency's artist Leta for charges including trespassing.
On the 12th, Xports News reported that Leta, a Chinese artist under Fameus Entertainment, filed a lawsuit against Sani and agency official A for joint trespassing and joint concealment of property in March.
According to the report, Sani allegedly instructed A and others to enter Leta's residence and move or dispose of furniture and items that were being stored there while Leta was staying in her home country of China due to visa expiration issues.
In response, Leta claimed that she never shared her home password and that both the trespassing and the movement of property occurred without her consent, leading her to sue Sani and A. The media stated that Sani and A are expected to undergo police investigation next month.
In relation to this, Sani and Fameus have not released any statements.
Previously, in July of last year, Sani was reported to the police for allegedly assaulting a passerby in a park in Mapo-gu, Seoul, by using his phone to say something along the lines of "pull your bicycle straight." The police forwarded the case against Sani without detention in January.
Both Sani and the passerby were charged with mutual assault, but the investigation was concluded as they did not wish to pursue punishment during the settlement process.
Afterward, Sani expressed his position regarding the incident, saying, "I sincerely apologize to the victim of my assault incident," and added, "I am also sorry to many who were disappointed because of me. Please scold me for my mistakes."
