Singer G-Dragon has opened the curtain on his world tour by selling out all tickets for his concert at Tokyo Dome.

On the 10th and 11th, G-Dragon held his world tour 'G-Dragon World Tour Weaverman's' at Tokyo Dome, meeting with over 80,000 local fans. This marks his first concert in Japan in about eight years since the 'Act III, M.O.T.T.E World Tour' in 2017.

The world tour performance artistically expresses the philosophical concept of Übermensch by philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche, implementing a storytelling of three stages of becoming a superhuman. The stage, adorned with real band sounds, featured a mystical and grand production that incorporated various tech technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), and a special guest appearance by the world-renowned beatbox champion 'Wing,' which had also received explosive reactions during his Korean performances.

During the Tokyo concert, G-Dragon attracted significant attention while singing 'Today,' a track from his 2012 album 'One of a Kind,' riding a dragon-shaped 'Dragon Bike.' He also created a special fan service by passionately performing 'One Year Station,' a song from his 2009 album, while riding a giant car-shaped TORKKO, getting closer to the audience in the distance. Notably, during the performance of the new song 'POWER' and the complete Big Bang song 'Home Sweet Home,' fans joyfully sang along, creating a spectacular scene.

G-Dragon's extravagant stage fashion was also a hot topic. He wore a mint-colored suit, the key color of this album, along with a straw hat, a jacket adorned with bright red roses, leather pants, and his trademark tweed jacket mixed with lace decorations. His unique styling, including a silver hairstyle dyed only at the tips in pink, drew attention. As his fashion continues to be a topic of conversation, the merchandise from this concert has also gained a reputation for being beautiful, leading to long lines around the Tokyo Dome as fans waited to purchase them.

G-Dragon, feeling awkward speaking Japanese after a long time, showcased his fluent Japanese skills, bringing smiles to local fans. He expressed his gratitude, saying, "It's been 88 months since my comeback, thank you for waiting, and let's meet often in the future." He added playfully, "Taeyang and Daesung also had concerts in Japan. Both are friends who speak Japanese very well, but please spread the rumor that I speak it better," showing his deep affection for his fellow members amidst his playful remarks.

After the Tokyo concert, G-Dragon will continue his third world tour 'G-Dragon 2025 World Tour Weaverman's' starting from the 17th in Bulacan. He is scheduled to visit eight cities in Asia, including Bulacan, Osaka, Macau, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Hong Kong, with additional tour dates and locations to be announced later.
