The group SYCUS has opened its North American tour.
On the 7th (local time), SYCUS held a performance of their 2025 World Tour 'Road to XY: Enter the Gate' at the 'Kings Theatre' in New York, meeting with local fans.
'Road to XY: Enter the Gate' is the second world tour held by SYCUS following their 'Tricky House: First Encounter' in 2023 and 2024. After a glamorous start in Seoul on the 3rd, SYCUS has officially kicked off their North American tour in New York.
Returning to New York for their first world tour, SYCUS showcased a variety of songs including the title track 'Breathe' and the track 'You Hide We Seek' from their recently released mini-album 'House of Tricky: Spur', as well as songs from albums that entered the US 'Billboard 200' such as 'Tricky House', 'We Don’t Stop', and 'Rockstar'.
In particular, their powerful performances, fitting of the title '5th Generation Top Performer', overwhelmed the audience with their enhanced live skills, showcasing a stage that fully utilized their solid experience and captured the hearts of local fans. They also naturally encouraged audience participation throughout the performance, heating up the atmosphere and providing a stage where everyone in the venue could breathe and enjoy together.
A special unit stage that can only be seen during this world tour added to the enjoyment. Minjae, Sumin, and Yechan presented their self-composed song 'Canvas' from their KQ Pelaz2 days, followed by Jinsik, Hyunwoo, Jeonghoon, and Seeun singing Justin Bieber's 'Holy', showcasing their sweet voices.
Junmin, Yujun, and Hunter also impressed with their stylish performance of TK Myza's 'Ring a Ring', featuring striking styling with fedoras and showcasing their individual talents and charms through their dance.
Wrapping up the New York performance amidst enthusiastic responses from local fans, SYCUS expressed, "We are so happy and thrilled to be back in the US. Seeing the Roadies (official fandom name) enjoying the performance made us very happy, and we hope you created unforgettable memories. We hope you will continue to join us on our journey."
After successfully concluding their performances in Seoul and New York, SYCUS will wrap up their North American tour in Rosemont, USA on the 9th, followed by Atlanta on the 12th, Dallas/Fort Worth on the 14th, and Los Angeles on the 17th, before heading to Japan to conclude 'Road to XY: Enter the Gate' in Tokyo on the 31st and June 1st.
