A continuous line of donations from figures in the music industry is ongoing to support wildfire victims.

On the 28th, the hip-hop label Ambition Music (AMBITION MUSIK) announced that it has donated 50 million won through the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association for wildfire recovery efforts.

Ambition Music stated, "We express our deepest condolences to those affected by the wildfires and extend our gratitude to all those dedicated to disaster recovery and relief efforts."

The donation provided by Ambition Music will be used for recovery work in the wildfire-affected areas, as well as for emergency support for residents, provision of relief supplies, and operation of temporary shelters.

Ambition Music is a major hip-hop label that includes artists such as Paul Blanco, Changmo, Leellamarz, Hash Swan, Kim Hyo-eun, Jene the Zilla, Don Malick, and Way Ched, with The Quiett serving as the representative.

Chaeryeong from the group ITZY also donated a total of 20 million won, with 10 million won each to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association and the Korea Firefighters' Association.

Chaeryeong expressed through JYP Entertainment, "I hope this can be a small help to the firefighters and those affected by the wildfires. I pray that the situation improves as soon as possible."

ITZY released their album 'GOLD' last year. In February of this year, they celebrated their 6th anniversary since debut and continue to be active in various ways.

Meanwhile, since the 21st, wildfires in the Yeongnam region, including Sancheong in Gyeongnam and Uiseong in Gyeongbuk, have resulted in casualties and numerous evacuees.

Currently, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has decided to expand the existing disaster safety initial response team into an emergency response team that includes relevant departments due to the ongoing dry weather and strong winds causing the wildfires to spread, resulting in many casualties and evacuees.
