The group LE SSERAFIM, PLAYB, and actor Ahn Jae-wook have joined the donation efforts to support wildfire relief.

On the 27th, the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced that the group LE SSERAFIM donated 50 million won for the recovery from wildfire damage in Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Ulsan.

Their agency, Source Music, stated, "LE SSERAFIM decided to donate with the hope that it would provide some strength to those affected by the wildfire," and added, "We sincerely hope that the wildfire is extinguished as soon as possible and that those affected can safely return to their daily lives."

PLAYB also made a donation of 50 million won, exerting a positive influence.

Actor Ahn Jae-wook also donated 20 million won through the Korean Red Cross on the same day. As a promotional ambassador for the Korean Red Cross, Ahn Jae-wook said, "Although it may not be a large amount, I hope it can be of some help to everyone affected by the wildfire," and added, "I hope the firefighters and volunteers working to extinguish the wildfire, as well as the victims who are deeply troubled, can find strength."

Meanwhile, since the 21st, wildfires in the Yeongnam region, including Sancheong in Gyeongnam and Uiseong in Gyeongbuk, have resulted in casualties and numerous displaced individuals.

Currently, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has decided to expand the existing disaster safety initial response team into an emergency response team that includes relevant departments due to the ongoing dry weather and strong winds causing the wildfire to spread, resulting in many casualties and displaced individuals.
