Kim Ji-woong of the group Zero Base One has donated 10 million won to support wildfire victims in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.

The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced on the 27th that Kim Ji-woong donated 10 million won to support wildfire victims in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.

According to his agency, Kim Ji-woong participated in the donation with a heartfelt wish for the situation of those who lost their homes due to the sudden wildfires to improve. He expressed particular concern and sorrow over the news of the large wildfire damage occurring near his birthplace, Pohang, and hoped to provide some support.

Shin Hoon, Secretary-General of Hope Bridge, stated, “We thank Kim Ji-woong for quickly practicing warm sharing as a rookie artist,” and added, “Hope Bridge will ensure that the donations are delivered to where they are most needed and will act swiftly on the ground.”

Hope Bridge is currently providing emergency relief supplies to the wildfire damage sites in Uiseong-gun, Gyeongbuk, and Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam, and is operating relief vehicles such as laundry support vehicles and mental recovery buses at temporary evacuation sites. They are also considering additional support in consultation with local governments as needed.
