Singer Park Ji-hyun has successfully completed her solo concert in Daegu.

On the 8th and 9th of last month, Park Ji-hyun held her solo concert 'SHOWMANSHIP - Daegu' at Kyungpook National University, meeting with fans in two performances. This concert is part of her first solo concert tour since her debut, following the successful first performance in Seoul, making it her second concert in Daegu.

On this day, Park Ji-hyun enriched the 150-minute running time with a diverse selection of songs and stage composition.

The performance opened with a spectacular opening act, creating strong anticipation with colorful lights and various special effects. Park Ji-hyun then appeared singing her hit song 'Please Turn on Your Turn Signal,' greeting her Daegu fans and signaling the start of the concert.

Following that, Park Ji-hyun sang 'You Who Cannot Leave' and expressed her gratitude to the fans who came to see her in Daegu. After the performance of 'Empty Glass,' she held an interview corner with the audience, communicating more closely.

She then sang various cover songs, including 'Aira-ye,' 'Only the Brave Can Have Beauty,' 'Flower Wind Woman,' 'Hateful Love,' and 'Miss Go,' incorporating witty dialect lyrics that matched the Daegu performance, heating up the atmosphere of the first part with her powerful singing and playful stage gestures.

As she announced the conclusion of the first part of the concert, she presented a special stage combining 'Coming of Age Ceremony' and 'Honey,' showcasing both cuteness and sexy charm, which elicited explosive cheers.

After a VCR announcing the start of the second part titled 'Youth Rest Area,' Park Ji-hyun appeared with her dance team, singing the 'Youth Rest Area Medley' ('What Does My Age Matter,' 'I Like You,' 'Love Triangle,' 'Older Brother,' 'Nest'). The dynamic choreography and extensive use of the stage brought the lively atmosphere to its peak.

Following that, a VCR parodying the movie 'Tazza' was broadcast, eliciting enthusiastic reactions from the fans. Park Ji-hyun boarded a ship set up on stage and sang her title track 'Sea Man' and the included song 'Goodbye at the Port' from her new mini-album released in January. She perfectly conveyed the poignant lyrics, showcasing an emotional yet charismatic male charm.

Park Ji-hyun continued to select songs that had garnered attention on broadcasts, such as 'Foolish Man,' 'Geomungo,' and 'Rain Falls on a Man's Heart,' stirring the audience's emotions with her rich voice. Following that, a VCR featuring stories about her parents was shown, and she passionately sang 'Irreversible Time' and 'Mokpo Blues,' touching the audience's sensibilities with a narrative-driven performance.

Park Ji-hyun expressed her gratitude to the staff who helped with the concert and the audience, introducing the next song 'My Way.' She also presented a 'Nightclub Medley' ('I'm Okay,' 'Glamorous Single,' 'Shaken Friendship,' 'Lovers in the Rain'), transforming the concert hall into a nightclub party atmosphere.

As the final song of the main performance, she passionately sang 'Don't Leave Me' and took a group photo with the audience to capture the memories. She shared her feelings about the successful completion of the Daegu concert and her determination for the upcoming national tour concert, building anticipation, and concluded the performance successfully with encore songs 'We Will Make It' and 'I’m Happy When You Smile.'

Park Ji-hyun gained public recognition by securing a spot in '2023 - Mr. Trot 2' with her attractive visuals and solid skills. She is solidifying her position as a versatile entertainer by appearing in variety shows such as 'I Live Alone' and 'Tralala Traveling Troupe,' as well as releasing her first mini-album 'OCEAN' in January.

Meanwhile, Park Ji-hyun's first solo concert 'SHOWMANSHIP' is set to continue with performances in Mokpo, Suwon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Jeonju, and Busan as part of her national tour.
