Singer Ailee is making a comeback.

On the 24th, Ailee posted the release calendar for her mini album ‘(Me)moir’ on her official SNS, revealing the schedule for the new album. The new song will be released on March 20.

The release calendar includes the album title, tracklist, track spoilers, concept photos, and music video release schedule. Notably, the music video will consist of a total of three parts, showcasing how much effort Ailee has put into this album.

The mini album ‘(Me)moir’ is intended to clearly reveal who ‘Artist Ailee’ is within the life of ‘Human Lee Ye-jin’, with the word ‘(Me)moir’ meaning ‘memoir’ and the word ‘Me’ in parentheses representing ‘I’.

Ailee's agency A2Z Entertainment stated, “This album has been prepared over the past year with the determination to show music that accurately expresses the artist herself. As it is a work that has been carefully prepared over a long time, listeners can expect a satisfying work and activities.”

‘(Me)moir’ is a mini album released 3 years and 5 months after her third full album ‘AMY’. Ailee has hinted at a musical transformation with different sounds through singles like ‘La Ta Ta’ and ‘The Boss’. This new mini album ‘(Me)moir’ is expected to showcase her transformation more clearly.

In particular, as Ailee has built a solid fanbase not only in Korea but also overseas through tours in the US, Taiwan, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries, and as K-pop has reached its peak globally, she has prepared a work that meets global standards in genre and sound.

Ailee debuted officially in February 2012 with ‘Heaven’ and has released hit songs such as ‘I Will Show You’, ‘U&I’, ‘The Song Has Increased’, ‘Don’t Touch Me’, and ‘I Will Go to You Like the First Snow’, receiving great love as a representative vocalist of K-pop over the past 13 years.
