JYP's new boy group KickFlip is making a spectacular debut with an unprecedented global debut show.
KickFlip (Kye-hun, Amaru, Dong-hwa, Joo-wang, Min-je, K-Ju, Dong-hyun) will be reaching out to global fans through their debut show ‘KickFlip On Board,’ which will be broadcast simultaneously on Mnet and the M2 YouTube channel on the 20th.
‘KickFlip On Board’ will feature the first performances of the title track and other songs from their debut album ‘Flip it, Kick it.’ The pre-released track ‘Yeah, Right’ has already garnered a strong response from K-pop fans with its trendy hip-hop genre, catchy chorus, and standout Gen-Z lyrics, raising expectations for their debut stage.
The diverse segments showcased in the global debut show also add to the anticipation. KickFlip will display the unique charm of their free-spirited and energetic members through a variety show segment themed around a skateboarding crew. A teaser released on the 14th at noon has piqued curiosity by previewing the debut stage and segments introduced by the seven members of KickFlip. The teaser trailer, filled with KickFlip's unique vibe, has been attracting fans even before their official debut.
A special event for fans is also in preparation. Starting from the day of the debut show, a special package for KickFlip's mini album ‘Flip it, Kick it!’ will be available for a week on the M2 YouTube channel. The special package will include unreleased photo cards of KickFlip members taken during the recording of the debut show’s title track, making it an even more special event for fans.
KickFlip is a seven-member boy group presented by the idol powerhouse JYP Entertainment. The group name embodies the ambition to break free from existing frameworks and make a fresh impact, just like flipping a board to move forward. With global K-pop fans showing great interest even before their debut, expectations are high for how KickFlip will leave a strong first impression during this debut show.
KickFlip's debut show ‘KickFlip On Board’ will be globally broadcast on the 20th at 7 PM through Mnet and the M2 YouTube channel.
