Director Kim Byung-woo mentioned the possibility of a sequel to 'All Readers' Perspective'.
On the afternoon of the 15th, a screening and press conference for the movie 'All Readers' Perspective' was held at Megabox COEX in Seoul. Director Kim Byung-woo and actors Ahn Hyo-seop, Lee Min-ho, Chae Soo-bin, Shin Seung-ho, and Nana attended.
Director Kim Byung-woo opened up by saying, "Eventually, what was meant to happen has happened. There are truly moments in the filmmaking process that are scary and make you want to avoid them."
He continued, "What I focused on during the scriptwriting was making it enjoyable for those who are not familiar with the original work. I believe that even those who haven't read the original can enjoy it sufficiently. I wanted to prove that there are interesting movies in theaters. I concentrated on how to create new and fresh enjoyment by letting go of what I had previously followed."
Regarding the possibility of a sequel, he stated, "While there was no contractual relationship established when we made this film, the actors are aware that there is a next story. The possibility of a sequel depends on how much love it receives based on the current theater situation."
'All Readers' Perspective' is a fantasy action film where the world of a novel that has been serialized for over 10 years becomes reality on the day it concludes, and the only reader, Kim Dok-ja, must survive in a destroyed world alongside the novel's protagonist, Yoo Jung-hyuk, and his companions. It will be released on the 23rd.
