According to the integrated computer network for movie ticket sales from the Korean Film Council on the 24th, 'Opposition' attracted over 78,000 viewers the previous day, bringing its total audience to 1,040,823.
The film is a crime action story involving a broker in charge of designing the drug trade in South Korea, a prosecutor aiming for higher status, and a detective who is committed to eradicating drug crimes, all with different objectives. Directed by Hwang Byeong-guk, who also stars in the film, it features Kang Ha-neul, Yoo Hae-jin, Park Hae-joon, Ryu Kyung-soo, and Chae Won-bin. The break-even point is approximately 2.5 million.
'Victory' (directed by Kim Hyung-joo) also maintained its second place. On the same day, it attracted 11,004 viewers, bringing its cumulative audience to over 2,033,000. It has surpassed its break-even point (1.8 million) and is in a comfortable race.
'Search and Seizure: The Beginning of Rebellion' has newly ranked 3rd, attracting 5,455 viewers. The final part of the Attack on Titan movie, The Last Attack, which has dropped to 4th place, was attended by 3,166 viewers.
