On the 18th, Kwon Seon-hee shared a post made by her partner on SNS. Her partner stated, “The first woman I have ever proposed to in my life, and the first woman I have ever received a proposal from. And the answer is, of course - now we will introduce each other as ‘fiancé’ to our acquaintances. The surprise proposal at the finish line is truly unforgettable,” along with a video.

Kwon Seon-hee is a former reserve lieutenant from the 53rd Infantry Division and is currently active as a model and marathon runner. She gained recognition by appearing as the team leader of the Army team in the Channel A entertainment program ‘Steel Troops W’, which ended in December last year.
In August, Kwon Seon-hee appeared on a YouTube channel and revealed, “(My partner) is 30 years old and works at an F&B company in Seoul.”
She also mentioned, “(Currently) we are living together. We tried to register as spouses when we moved, but since we are same-sex, it was difficult to register as spouses, so we registered as cohabitants.” She added, “I will be going to New York for the marathon in November. We decided to go together. I heard there is a place where we can make a marriage vow locally, so if the opportunity arises, we plan to do it.”
