Lim Chae-moo revealed that he lived in a bathroom with his wife in the past.

On the afternoon of the 19th, during the KBS2 entertainment program ‘The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears’ (hereafter ‘Sadangui’), Lim Chae-moo said that he endured living in a bathroom for a year when he was financially struggling.

On this day’s broadcast, actor and Doolyland CEO Lim Chae-moo appeared. Among the Doolyland staff who appeared that day were Lim Chae-moo's wife and daughter. His wife is the director of the finance team, and his daughter, Lim Go-woon, is in charge of operations. The daughter said about Lim Chae-moo, “He is a difficult and tough person. He is a nagging bomb and has a bit of obsessive-compulsive disorder.” His wife also stated, “He has a very impatient personality and cannot wait even for a minute or a second.”

Before welcoming a group of 200 guests, Lim Chae-moo showed military discipline, saying, “Check if the floor is clean and if there is dust.” His daughter added, “Everything has to be red and yellow, and the rows and columns must match.”

When a door that should have been locked opened by itself, Lim Chae-moo called the person in charge, saying, “Look at these guys? Bring them here now. It can't happen later! What is this?” After calling the person in charge, Lim Chae-moo nagged, “You would have died if you were in the Marine Corps,” and his daughter said, “I couldn't breathe when I got caught earlier. Once you get caught, no one can stop you,” expressing that she was scared of her father.

When the children came to the amusement park, Lim Chae-moo took care of them with honey dripping from his eyes.

Later, Lim Chae-moo and his wife lay side by side on two folding beds in the women's bathroom and reminisced about their past living there. His wife said, “We had to live in the bathroom due to financial issues, and we even cooked meals there with two beds. I truly loved the children, so I understood that feeling and stayed with him,” she revealed in an interview.

On the other hand, his daughter said, “I hated it so much. I nagged them every day not to do it,” recalling it as a painful memory. Lim Chae-moo stated, “We lived like that for a year. I didn’t want to be a burden, so I never thought of living at my daughter’s house.” He added that he didn’t even think of it as a bathroom because he was with his wife.

Lim Chae-moo said, “Everything else is fine, but it’s the most heartbreaking when rude customers come,” and added, “Just 2 or 3 years ago, a young couple had fun and asked for a refund, saying, ‘How can you charge for this?’ and I gave it to them.”

Lim Chae-moo continued, “But every person who came in said, ‘Don’t go in here! This is a dirty place.’ My wife just watched without saying anything, and she said it went on for about 3 hours,” expressing the difficulties caused by rude customers.

Earlier, the first boss featured was Jeon Hyun-moo, Eom Ji-in, Jung Ho-young, and Heo Yoo-won, who appeared on the Turkish public broadcasting station. The four entered TRT World Broadcasting Station, toured the news department, and then had coffee.

The vice president of TRT Broadcasting Station said, “When you finish your coffee, you will see coffee sediment at the bottom of the cup,” and offered to check the coffee. After finishing his coffee, Jeon Hyun-moo turned the cup upside down and asked for a fortune in marriage.

The vice president, looking at Jeon Hyun-moo's coffee cup, said, “I see one woman over there. She is wearing a hanbok like announcer Eom Ji-in.” Jeon Hyun-moo exclaimed, “I see a woman! A beautiful woman! The woman is praying! She is my bride,” getting very excited. The vice president congratulated Jeon Hyun-moo in advance and shook hands, to which Jeon Hyun-moo replied, “Thanks to you,” expressing his joy.

The second boss featured was Hwang Hee-tae, a judo coach. He said, “There are Lee Soon-shin and King Sejong in Gwanghwamun,” and added, “If General Lee Soon-shin wants to die, he will live, and if he wants to live, he will die,” announcing the start of the ‘Circuit Training of Fear’.

Hwang Hee-tae appeared in an empty weight room holding a megaphone and shouted to the judo players, “It’s a fun circuit day,” before starting the circuit training. When Hwang Hee-tae said, “This is a training method I developed myself,” Jeon Hyun-moo was astonished.

The national team circuit developed by Hwang Hee-tae consisted of running for 40 seconds, resting for 40 seconds, and weight training for 40 seconds, completing a total of 17 types of weights in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Seeing the players sweating profusely, Park Myung-soo said, “I feel sorry just watching,” and Jeon Hyun-moo also commented, “It’s hell.”

Hwang Hee-tae urged, “Push yourself to the limit! Don’t rest just because it’s hard! If you practice comfortably, will you rest during the competition? Training has to be hard to win!”

After the first set ended, the second set of 17 types of cycling and weight training began. While the players were struggling with training, Hwang Hee-tae took out a chocolate bar and drink, surprising the studio by saying that it’s not easy to shout for 2 hours.

After the grueling second set of 17 types, the players slowly jogged to prevent lactic acid buildup. Meanwhile, Hwang Hee-tae started exercising alone. He said, “If I don’t exercise, I feel pain,” and added, “I still have plenty of stamina. I exercise every day like the players,” indicating his commitment to regular exercise.

After the strength training ended, Hwang Hee-tae called Kim Han-soo. The coach asked, “I said you have good skills and if you grow a bit more, you will become a good talent, but suddenly you disappeared?” To this, Kim Han-soo replied, “I couldn’t perform well as I moved up to the 100kg weight class. I had frequent injuries. I was preparing for the selection competition when I ruptured my shoulder and was preparing for a comeback match at the end of April, but I got a knee injury. I even considered retirement,” revealing his circumstances.

In response, Hwang Hee-tae said, “You get injured because you lack strength. I almost tore 90% of my knee here, you know? So what should you do? You need to do strength training. Did you go out and exercise in the evening? What exercise have you done for yourself? Rehabilitation is just rehabilitation. Injuries are just excuses,” giving sincere advice.

Hwang Hee-tae shared, “I have two herniated discs and stenosis, and I also have spondylolisthesis. When you look at the X-ray, people ask how I can walk. So I have no choice but to keep exercising. I could have surgery, but I endure as much as I can with strength,” explaining why he cannot stop exercising.

Kim Han-soo expressed, “I feel like only those standing on the edge of a cliff know. Without a medal, I feel anxious, and when I go out, there’s nothing to do, and it’s desperate. Whether it’s a bronze medal or any medal, it’s the most needed time. I want to seize this opportunity well,” sharing his inner thoughts in an interview.

Hwang Hee-tae responded to Kim Han-soo’s statement that he started judo at his parents' suggestion but wanted to see it through by saying, “I did it because I wanted to. I did it because it was fun. How do you make it fun? You have to win! You’re not having fun right now because you keep losing! So you need to do strength training. The mind is important. Even if I don’t exercise, I always go to the weight room,” he advised.

‘Sadangui’ can be seen every Sunday at 4:45 PM on KBS2.
