
Actor Park Seo-joon will play a veteran celebrity reporter in a new drama.
On the 15th, JTBC announced that Park Seo-joon and Won Ji-an have been cast in the new romance drama 'Waiting for Longitude', which will air in the second half of this year.
'Waiting for Longitude' tells the story of Lee Kyung-do (played by Park Seo-joon), the deputy head of the entertainment department at Dongwoon Ilbo, who reunites with his ex-girlfriend Seo Ji-woo (played by Won Ji-an) due to a scandal involving infidelity.
The drama is expected to present a delightful romance as the former lovers, who dated twice in their twenties and are now in their late twenties, meet again as adults. Viewers are highly anticipating Park Seo-joon's new character, as he is known for his solid acting that resonates with the audience.
The drama is directed by PD Im Hyung-wook, known for 'King the Land', and the script is written by Yoo Young-ah, who has worked on 'Thirty, Nine' and 'Divorce Attorney Shin'.
