Actress Go Jun-hee successfully lost 3kg in just 3 days, achieving a 'rapid weight loss' result.
On the 13th, a video titled 'Go Jun-hee's Rapid Weight Loss Diet Routine. How to Successfully Lose 3kg in 3 Days After Chuseok' was uploaded to her YouTube channel 'Go Jun-hee GO'.
Go Jun-hee stated, "I didn't eat much, but I gained a lot of weight in just a day or two," adding, "If I leave the weight I gained in a hurry, it will become permanent, so I want to try a rapid weight loss diet."
She explained, "I plan to maintain a 14-hour fasting period for 3 days, follow a low-carb, low-sodium diet, and exercise as much as possible. I will try to do things that are good for circulation."
In fact, during her fasting, she consumed saltwater, olive oil, and lemon juice, and took back-to-back Pilates and flying yoga classes for 2 hours.
On that day, her InBody results showed a height of 175cm and a weight of 58.5kg.
Go Jun-hee remarked, "When dieting, you need to exercise more. When I did a lingerie photoshoot in the past, I exercised three times a day. To keep it interesting, I did ballet, personal training, flying yoga, Pilates, boxing, and swimming," which surprised many.
Three days later, Go Jun-hee measured her InBody results again. The result was 55.9kg, showing a loss of about 3kg from the first day, which caught attention.
She expressed, "While doing rapid weight loss, I called in a trainer and rushed to a massage shop, but you can diet sufficiently at home too," and added, "For those who ate a lot during Chuseok, that’s not fat, it’s just bloating. If you hold on for just 3 days, you can lose 3kg," feeling proud of her achievement.
