A two-shot of Onara and Kim Si-eun, a mother and daughter who look alike, has been captured in tvN’s ‘Scarlet of the Narrator’.
On the 3rd, the production team of ‘Scarlet of the Narrator’ revealed a sweet mother-daughter date scene between Oh Hwaja (played by Onara) and Scarlet (played by Kim Si-eun), drawing attention.
‘Scarlet of the Narrator’ tells the story of Hwaja's daughter, who had to be sent for adoption to the United States right after birth, returning one day as the blonde Scarlet.
Onara plays the role of ‘Oh Hwaja’, who has been running a noodle shop in the market for 10 years and misses her daughter. Hwaja has been waiting and longing for her daughter Jina, who she could not hold even once after giving birth and sent to the U.S. for adoption. Kim Si-eun plays a character who was born without a name and named herself ‘Scarlet’. Having found no paradise anywhere, Scarlet seeks out Hwaja to find a mother who will love her, raising curiosity about how their mother-daughter reunion will unfold.
In the stills released, Hwaja and Scarlet are spending a cozy time together in a park filled with bright yellow wildflowers, capturing attention.
