'Severe Trauma Center' has won the Best Drama Award in the K-drama category.
On the afternoon of the 2nd, the 'Seoul Drama Awards 2025' was held at KBS Hall in Yeouido. The ceremony was hosted by Jang Do-yeon and Ok Taec-yeon, and was broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the Seoul Drama Awards.
Director Lee Do-yoon of 'Severe Trauma Center' expressed gratitude after receiving the trophy, saying, "I would like to thank the original creator Han San for making this work possible. I dedicate this honor to the actors and staff who have worked hard in the intense field."
He also added, "I want to send a special message to actor Joo Ji-hoon, who has walked the same path as a friend and comrade since our first project 11 years ago," to which Joo Ji-hoon, sitting in the audience, responded with a heart gesture.
Meanwhile, the 'Seoul Drama Awards' is an international drama festival that awards winners based on evaluations of dramas from around the world. This year, winners were selected from a total of 276 entries and 409 participants submitted from 50 countries worldwide.
