Kang Min-kyung of the female duo Davichi revealed that she has been following a one meal a day diet for 10 years.

On the 29th, a video titled "A woman who has only eaten one meal a day for 10 years... (almost)" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Gyangmingkyung'.

In the video, Kang Min-kyung stated, "This vlog is a record of my one meal a day," and added, "Davichi will soon release new music. I have so many schedules where I need to show my face these days, so I've switched to a tighter routine after depositing my energy."

She continued, "Due to the nature of my job, I manage my diet, and I mostly eat just one meal a day," explaining, "It's not an extreme one meal a day; I usually snack on bananas, sweet potatoes, and lattes to curb my hunger, and I eat whatever I want for dinner."

Before having dinner, Kang Min-kyung made a highball as an appetizer and exclaimed, "It's really art," which brought smiles to viewers.

After eating pasta, Kang Min-kyung said, "The advantage of one meal a day is that I can really enjoy my food," but honestly confessed, "The downside is that I get so hungry that I eat ravenously."

Previously, Kang Min-kyung shared her management tips, stating, "I do high-intensity workouts four times a week and try to avoid white rice as much as possible," and added, "I adjust my diet to one meal a day about 4 to 5 days a week."

She also mentioned that this method may not work for everyone, saying, "I'm a bit worried that people might try to follow me, but I hope everyone manages their health in a way that suits them best."
