In the post, she wrote, “A red signal to stop the car. A signal from the medicine packet to take care of my body,” and then asked, “What signal is my heart sending? Is it perhaps sending a small signal that says I’m tired and need to take a break?”
She added, “Let’s be sensitive to the delicate senses that protect our lives, before I apologize to myself.”
