Choi Yeon-soo, the daughter of star chef Choi Hyun-seok and a model, has become a topic of discussion after leaving a post targeting her wedding guests.
On the 21st, Choi Yeon-soo married Kim Tae-hyun, the vocalist of the band DickPunks, who is 12 years older than her. On the 25th, she posted on social media criticizing the behavior of some guests on her wedding day.
Choi Yeon-soo mentioned that old acquaintances, who had little contact with her parents, made inappropriate comments in the bride's waiting room, such as “When are you having kids?”
She continued, “One person in particular was excessively persistent, going around to greet the guests and loudly referring to my dad as ‘your dad, your dad!’ while making rude comments. (It seemed like they wanted to let everyone know they were friends with my dad back in the day.) Afterward, Choi Yeon-soo deleted the post. She explained the reason for taking down the video, saying, “While the adults' mistakes are indeed disruptive, I was worried that the younger kids who came with them might feel upset if they saw it. The young ones are not at fault.”
Some netizens criticized Choi Yeon-soo's stance, saying it was disrespectful to the guests who attended the wedding.
The relationship between Choi Yeon-soo and Kim Tae-hyun was revealed last November. Kim Tae-hyun was born in 1987, and Choi Yeon-soo was born in 1999, making them 12 years apart.
Kim Tae-hyun debuted as the vocalist of DickPunks in 2010 and was a runner-up in ‘Superstar K4,’ while Choi Yeon-soo participated in a supermodel competition in 2017.
