Actress Kang Eun-bi is becoming a mother.
On the 15th, Kang Eun-bi announced her pregnancy news through a lengthy post on her SNS. In the photo she shared, Kang Eun-bi is holding a pregnancy badge, while her husband Byun Jun-pil is holding an ultrasound picture, capturing a commemorative moment.
Kang Eun-bi stated, "Having watched over each other for many years, my husband and I have had a deep desire for a child since our marriage. Being born in 1986, I was certainly worried about being 40, so we decided to take our time and prepare without rushing," and added, "Fortunately, just 3 months later, a precious baby angel has come to us."
She also revealed that the expected due date is May 2026, saying, "Becoming a mother is both amazing and overwhelming, and sometimes it can be scary, but above all, I am filled with gratitude for being granted such a miraculous gift."
Kang Eun-bi mentioned, "The baby's nickname is Sansam," explaining, "We named it with our heartfelt prayers for it to grow up healthily. In the future, we will share our journey as soon-to-be parents and moments with Sansam through our videos and daily life."
Kang Eun-bi debuted in 2005 with the film 'Mongjeonggi 2' and has appeared in MBC's 'Rainbow Romance', 'My Life's Special', KBS2's 'The Man of the Vineyard', 'Return of the Ddukbaegi', and 'Solyakgukjip Sons'. She married Byun Jun-pil, a fellow alumnus of Seoul Arts University and a former model, last April.
