Broadcaster Lee Kyung-sil's son Son Bo-seung met with his family while serving in the military.
On the 15th, Lee Kyung-sil posted a family gathering photo on her Instagram, saying, "The whole family went to a tuna sashimi restaurant."
The published photo shows Lee Kyung-sil, her husband, daughter, and son gathered at the restaurant.
In particular, Lee Kyung-sil expressed her affection for her daughter-in-law, saying, "Only my daughter and I have been here, and since my husband and son haven't been, I wanted to take them and let them eat," adding, "Especially since my daughter-in-law doesn't eat tuna sashimi, I wanted to show her that this place is different."
Having a rare outing with her family, Lee Kyung-sil captured a warm moment with her son and grandson, saying, "How can he be so comfortable riding on his dad's back?" showing a pleased expression.
Additionally, covering her daughter-in-law's face with a sticker, Lee Kyung-sil explained, "My daughter-in-law is hesitant about showing her face," and added, "I want to protect her."
In the photo, Lee Kyung-sil's son Son Bo-seung appears to have lost weight. Previously, Son Bo-seung mentioned "military savings," saying, "They say I will receive more than 20 million won when I get discharged."
When asked if he was going to the military because he borrowed money from his mother, Lee Kyung-sil responded, "Would I just take that money saying, 'I worked hard to earn money in the military'?" and added, "It's commendable to have that mindset."
To her son, who worries about his younger brother Lee Hoon growing up while he is in the military, she encouraged him, saying, "Don't worry. Will I just sit and watch you? I will help you with everything."
Meanwhile, Son Bo-seung enlisted in June and is currently serving as a reserve soldier after completing basic military training. He debuted in the 2017 MBC drama "Father, I'll Take Care of You" and has been active as an actor in dramas and musicals.
