Netflix's movie 'The History of Confession' achieved 3rd place in the global TOP 10 movies (non-English) category just three days after its release.
The film is a coming-of-age romance that revolves around 19-year-old Park Se-ri, who plans a strategy to straighten her lifelong complex of curly hair before her once-in-a-lifetime confession, and gets entangled with transfer student Han Yoon-seok.
Since its release on the 29th of last month, it recorded 6,200,000 views (the number of views divided by the total running time of the work) within three days, securing the 3rd position in the global TOP 10 movies (non-English) category.
It has also made it to the TOP 10 list in a total of 31 countries, including Indonesia, Japan, Turkey, Mexico, and Morocco.
The film stars Gong Myung, Shin Eun-soo, Cha Woo-min, and Yoon Sang-hyun.
