Comedian Yoon Jung-soo expressed his distress over negative comments directed at his fiancée, broadcaster Won Ja-hyun.
On the KBS Cool FM show 'Yoon Jung-soo and Nam Chang-hee's Mr. Radio' aired on the 2nd, Yoon Jung-soo mentioned Won Ja-hyun, saying, "She is suffering due to excessive attention," expressing his concern.
On that day, Nam Chang-hee remarked, "Many articles have come out today. It’s confirmed that the marriage partner is a real person, not AI," referring to Won Ja-hyun, to which Yoon Jung-soo responded, "Just around this time last year, I was crying out in loneliness and suffering. I thought I would end up rotting alone, but now I have met my other half, and my wish has come true," adding, "However, due to your excessive attention, my girl is suffering."
He continued, "Attention is good when it's moderate, but it becomes difficult when it’s too much. I also feel disappointed when there is indifference. Thank you for the excessive congratulations."
Yoon Jung-soo is set to reveal the process of preparing for his marriage to Won Ja-hyun through TV Chosun's 'Lovers of Joseon'. He shared, "I would appreciate good comments," and revealed, "Recently, a video showing (Won Ja-hyun's) back was released on YouTube, and it received 1,000 negative comments."
Additionally, he explained, "People ask why I went to register the marriage alone. I just took the documents my wife prepared overnight," clarifying, "That's the life of a celebrity. I have to go alone. If we go together, there will be talk, so that’s why I did it."
Won Ja-hyun, who is 12 years younger than Yoon Jung-soo, was known as the 'Goddess of Guangzhou' while working as a sports reporter during the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games. The couple is set to hold their wedding on November 30 at a hotel in Gangnam, Seoul.
