Kim Min-ji, the wife of Park Ji-sung and a former SBS announcer, expressed her disbelief at the outrageous fake news. After it became a topic of discussion, she deleted the post and wrote, "I wasn't angry."
On the 31st, Kim Min-ji wrote on her personal account, "I was surprised to see so many articles saying I was really angry, so I deleted it! I wasn't angry at all..! I was just speaking!" She added, "Does my tone sound angry? I'll use a cute tone! Have a comfortable weekend!"
Earlier, on the 30th, she shared several photos in the same space, saying, "It seems that the story of how my husband and I met and got married is too bland to satisfy the dopamine nation."
The photos included one of Kim Min-ji happily holding a child, with the caption "The announcer who married despite her parents' opposition" written below.
Another photo featured a two-shot with Park Ji-sung, accompanied by a false statement saying, "However, we faced conflicts due to the unexpected opposition from Kim Min-ji's parents. They were quite worried as they expected an ordinary office worker as their son-in-law."
Kim Min-ji publicly addressed the circulating fake news online, stating, "Even during our dating period, all sorts of betrayal, revenge, and love triangles were created, and recently there have been rumors of opposition to our marriage, divorce rumors, and even pregnancy rumors for a third child. Divorce and pregnancy, wow."
She continued, "Thank you for your interest in our lives, but I'm sorry, we’re not that glamorous. While parental opposition is an interesting topic I enjoy, my husband has always been a well-known top husband candidate."
The couple married in 2014 and has one son and two daughters. They currently live in London, England.
