The 720th episode of 'Immortal Songs' (hereafter 'Immortal'), aired on the 30th, was themed 'Lim Young-woong and Friends' Part 1, achieving a nationwide rating of 6.8% and 6.2% in the metropolitan area, ranking first in its time slot.
On this day, artist Lim Young-woong and his musical friends Nobrain, Jeon Jong-hyuk, and Lee Jeok appeared, sharing their unique musical worlds and heartfelt stories that revealed the charm of 'human Lim Young-woong', creating a special time together.
Returning to 'Immortal' after 5 years since the 'Song Hae Music Festival' special, Lim Young-woong announced a fresh and lively start with the opening song 'Rainbow'.
He expressed, "I thought it would be fun to create various stages with friends I like, so I suggested this special to the production team," introducing his musical friends through keywords.
The first keyword, 'English', featured Nobrain's Lee Seong-woo, followed by Jeon Jong-hyuk who took the stage with the keyword 'Parallel Theory'. The last friend in Part 1 was Lee Jeok.
Additionally, Lim Young-woong's new song, the title track of his second album 'Like a Moment Forever', was premiered for the first time. Lim Young-woong shared, "It's a song that captures the preciousness of ordinary life and the beauty of everyday moments," performing the new song with a trembling heart, raising anticipation for the upcoming 'Lim Young-woong and Friends' Part 2.
