Actress Lee Mi-sook shared her feelings of inadequacy while engaging in YouTube activities.
On the 7th, a video titled "Revealing My Clumsy Health Routine!! 'I'm Not Dying!!' + Mi-sook's Super Simple Hangover Soup Recipe!" was released on Lee Mi-sook's YouTube channel 'Lee Mi-sook_Suksuroun Mi-sook'.
In this video, Lee Mi-sook invited the production team to her home to celebrate reaching 100,000 subscribers.
She expressed her joy, saying, "Don't treat me carelessly now. I can be a bit arrogant. With 100,000 subscribers, I can shake the whole earth," and playfully warned, "I could cut you all off. You really need to treat me well. You know what I mean."
The production team responded, "We know. You're quite difficult," which brought laughter.
"While doing YouTube, I sometimes felt inadequate compared to other channels," she said. "Other teams roam around with 30 people using good equipment. Entering this new world, I felt a bit disappointed and wondered, 'Should I keep doing this with the kids?'
She recalled a memorable comment: "Someone told me, 'I didn't know Mi-sook unnie was that short on money,'" and questioned what the standard for wealth really is.
When the production team suggested, "Is it 10 billion won?" Lee Mi-sook agreed, saying, "I'm about 9 billion short." She concluded coolly, "What good is having 10 billion? At my age, I feel like my body is worth 10 billion."
