Singer G-Dragon and Yang Hyun-suk, the general producer of YG Entertainment, are under police investigation for alleged copyright law violations.
According to the police on the 12th, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul received a complaint from composer A last November and began the investigation.
A stated that YG Entertainment reproduced a song he produced without his consent.
In response, the police have investigated related parties and conducted two searches and seizures at the YG Entertainment headquarters and other locations.
