Actor Lim Won-hee heads to Sokcho with his wedding senior and close friend Kim Jun-ho.
In the Channel S original program ‘Lim Won-hee's Gourmet Messenger’ (hereafter ‘Gourmet Messenger’), scheduled to air on the 12th, Kim Jun-ho, who made headlines with his marriage to comedian Kim Ji-min in July, will appear as a guest.
From the start, Kim Jun-ho delivers unfiltered remarks, while Lim Won-hee responds with surprise and banter, adding to the entertainment throughout the trip.
Lim Won-hee congratulates him again, saying, "It was a wedding of the century with over 1,200 guests," and Kim Jun-ho makes a bombshell statement, "I think it was the most extravagant among all remarriages in the world. Since we are in the same industry, I secretly delivered all the wedding gifts to Ji-min," making the scene burst into laughter.
Kim Jun-ho then says, "But why are you using honorifics with me? Is our four-year friendship only worth this? It's uncomfortable." Lim Won-hee replies, "I use honorifics with any guest, but viewers, please understand the informal tone we will use," hinting at the first informal conversation in the history of ‘Gourmet Messenger’.
On a food tour, Kim Jun-ho expresses his confidence, saying, "I'm good at grilling meat. Ji-min was impressed by my grilling skills while camping together," showing his pride. He continues, "To win over a beauty, you have to put in a lot of effort. If you go out to eat alone like me, you will never bear fruit," offering advice to Lim Won-hee. He even jokingly suggests, "I hope you meet someone good as a guest on this program," turning ‘Gourmet Messenger’ into ‘Lim Won-hee's Marriage Project’ and eliciting laughter.
Lim Won-hee expresses his affection, saying, "I loved the characters Jun-ho showed in the comedy corner." In response, Kim Jun-ho shares, "I'm always contemplating a return to comedy with the ‘Solo Tour’ members. I want to do it, but I can't easily try because of the surrounding gaze," conveying his sincerity.
During their travels, a wedding congratulatory service for the Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min couple also catches attention. While looking at the meal menu, Kim Jun-ho says, "This is something Ji-min likes, and she also likes this nurungji. Now that I'm married, I only see what my wife likes," not hiding his ‘lovey-dovey’ side.
When Lim Won-hee asks, "You have two rings on your hand?" Kim Jun-ho jokes, "One is the ring I wore during dating, and the other is a ring that my brother doesn't have." Conversely, when Kim Jun-ho raises suspicion, saying, "I see a bracelet on your wrist that I haven't seen before? Did you get a girlfriend?" Lim Won-hee sweats, saying, "It's a gift from the camera director's daughter."
Kim Jun-ho reveals the reason he gave Lim Won-hee a boutonniere at his wedding in July. "You are the most urgent and desperate. I know you want it very much. Since you received the boutonniere, there should be good news within six months," continuing the marriage pressure.
‘Lim Won-hee's Gourmet Messenger’ can be seen every Tuesday at 7 PM on Channel S and Channel S PLUS.
