According to the integrated ticketing system of the Korean Film Council on the 7th, the film 'Zombie Daughter' (directed by Pil Gam-seong) attracted 151,537 viewers the previous day, maintaining its position at the top of the box office. The cumulative audience number is 2,375,218.
Released on the 30th of last month, 'Zombie Daughter' depicts the comedic drama of a doting father who begins secret training to protect his daughter, who has become the last remaining zombie in the world. Actors Jo Jung-seok, Choi Yu-ri, Lee Jeong-eun, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Jo Yeo-jeong collaborated on this project. It has surpassed the break-even point of 2.2 million and continues its comfortable race.
In 2nd place is the long-running film 'F1: The Movie' (directed by Joseph Kosinski). It attracted 53,655 viewers, bringing its cumulative audience to 3,274,609.
'F1: The Movie' tells the story of veteran driver Sonny Hayes, who, unable to become the best, joins the lowest-ranked team and challenges races alongside a genius rookie driver. Actors Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, and Damson Idris are featured, showcasing impressive staying power.
