Actress Yoon Eun-hye has revealed her personal diet routine.
On the 4th, a video titled “[The Return of Yoon Eun-hye Quick Gain, Quick Loss] Click only if you can really follow! A super simple routine for those who absolutely hate being bothered!” was posted on her YouTube channel 'Yoon Eun-hye's EUNHYELOGIN'.
'Quick Gain, Quick Loss' is a term that means 'gaining weight quickly and losing it quickly', and Yoon Eun-hye has previously shared various diet secrets through her YouTube channel.
In this video, Yoon Eun-hye explained, “I heard amazing feedback from people around me, from those I’m not very close to, to my close friends,” adding, “I’ve heard a lot of people who followed the schedule lost 7kg.”
The secrets Yoon Eun-hye recommended include sleeping for more than 7 hours a day, drinking over 2L of water daily, and focusing on intermittent fasting.
She emphasized, “Think of it as adding 1-2 hours to your sleeping time for a 16:8 schedule,” and said, “You just have to hold off for 2 hours after waking up.”
Additionally, for subscribers who find it bothersome to go outside, she introduced a simple exercise saying, “You can shake your legs while watching TV.”
Meanwhile, Yoon Eun-hye's group Baby V.O.X will hold a solo concert for the first time in 23 years at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on September 26-27.
