Comedian Park Sung-kwang's wife, Lee Sol-yi, confessed to the aftereffects of chemotherapy.
On the 5th, Lee Sol-yi posted a photo waiting for a blood draw at the hospital on her Instagram, saying, “Due to the treatment, my veins are almost gone, and I can only use one side, so I'm really nervous every time I have to get blood drawn.”
She added, “I wondered if it would be done in one go today or how many times I would be poked. It was painful, but... clear.”
Lee Sol-yi recently revealed that she underwent surgery and chemotherapy due to female cancer three years ago, which brought sadness.
She said, “After resigning, I was naturally preparing for a child, but I was diagnosed with cancer after five months,” adding, “Due to the nature of female cancer, I became unable to have children.”
After excessive speculation regarding her 'battle with cancer', Lee Sol-yi clarified, “I had surgery three years ago and have completed chemotherapy,” and stated, “Currently, I have been diagnosed with no cancer cells in my body and am undergoing regular check-ups.”
Meanwhile, Lee Sol-yi married Park Sung-kwang in 2020 and has shared their couple's daily life on SBS's ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny’.
