Actor Jin Tae-hyun shared his recent status after being completely cured of thyroid cancer.
On the 15th, Jin Tae-hyun posted on his Instagram, “Long-distance jogging amidst total challenges after cancer surgery & LASIK,” along with his running record.
Previously, Jin Tae-hyun revealed his battle with thyroid cancer and announced two weeks after surgery, “There is no cancer in my body now. I have been cured by the surgery.”
At that time, he shared the joyful news that “the wound has healed, my voice and vocal cords are completely normal, and thyroid levels are normal,” stating, “All the cancer has been removed, and there is no metastasis to other organs.”
He also mentioned, “I am not undergoing any other treatments and not taking any medication,” and vowed, “I will return to a normal life,” receiving support from the public.
In particular, Jin Tae-hyun has been consistently jogging with his wife, actress Park Si-eun, after the surgery, showing a healthy recovery.
Meanwhile, Jin Tae-hyun married Park Si-eun in 2015. The couple, who adopted a college student daughter in 2019, recently announced that they welcomed another daughter who is a marathon runner affiliated with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office.
