HYBE's Bang Si-hyuk made a rare public appearance.
On the 20th, Chairman Bang attended the 64th regular general meeting of the Korea Economic Association held at the FKI Tower Conference Center in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. HYBE confirmed new membership at this general meeting.
Dressed in a neat black suit, Chairman Bang attracted attention with his noticeably slimmer appearance compared to the past. It seemed as if he had lost weight not only in his body shape but also in his face.
Chairman Bang did not make any comments regarding the Adore-Min Hee-jin situation that began in April of last year, which he leads at HYBE.
Additionally, he did not show any direct reaction to the release of a photo taken with BJ Gajipseyun on the streets of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles last year.
On the 19th, reports emerged that Chairman Bang pressured New Jeans members to cancel their independent overseas activities after declaring the termination of their exclusive contract with Adore. In response, Adore denied the claims, stating they were unfounded.
At this general meeting, Chairman Bang's HYBE confirmed new membership, signaling a leap from an entertainment company to an economic enterprise.
