On the broadcast of ENA and SBS Plus entertainment program ‘NaSolSaGye’ aired on the 26th, the male and female participants went on dates. However, Youngcheol from the 25th season was not shown at all in major scenes, including missions involving all previous cast members. The conversation scene with 17th Season Oksoon was also deleted.
25th Season Youngcheol had consistently expressed his affection for 17th Season Oksoon, whom he considered his ideal type. A one-on-one conversation between the two, which had not been previously released, was supposed to be included in this broadcast, but that scene was also edited out.
Earlier, there were reports on online communities claiming to have seen 25th Season Youngcheol and 19th Season Jeongsook together, raising the possibility of a romantic storyline between the two. There were expectations that the details regarding this would be revealed through the broadcast.
However, in the broadcast that day, the only footage of 19th Season Jeongsook was her being startled by bugs in the accommodation and a conversation scene with 6th Season Hyunsook. In the super date mission, scenes related to 25th Season Youngcheol were also deleted, resulting in most of 19th Season Jeongsook's appearance being edited out.
The reason for the complete editing seems to be due to a recent controversy. Youngcheol is under suspicion of being the male A who was arrested on charges of attempted rape.
On the 21st, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul urgently arrested a participant A from ‘I am Solo’ on charges of attempted rape. A is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in a parking lot in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul around 3:30 AM on the 21st. The court issued an arrest warrant on the 23rd.
The production team stated on SNS on the 24th, “Recognizing the seriousness of the matter, we plan to take measures to ensure that viewers do not feel uncomfortable,” and added, “We will edit and delete the participants from previously aired episodes as much as possible.”
