A woman in her 40s who appeared on 'I Am Solo' has been sentenced to a fine of 7 million won for assault charges.
On the 24th, Judge Park Kyung-mo of the Daegu District Court sentenced Mr. A to a fine of 7 million won for slapping another passenger and using abusive language during a dispute over getting into a taxi (assault, etc.).
Mr. A is also known to have appeared on the SBS Plus and ENA dating program 'I Am Solo'.
Mr. A was indicted for slapping passenger B multiple times and using abusive language after a dispute over getting into a taxi on the early morning of October 3 last year, and for damaging B's mobile phone by dropping it.
Judge Park stated, “Considering the nature of the crime, the fact that the victim and the defendant did not reach an agreement, and that the defendant has a history of being criminally punished for similar assault offenses, all these circumstances were taken into account in determining the sentence.”
