A photoshoot featuring actor Lee Jung-jae has been revealed.
Lee Jung-jae is the cover model for the July issue of the magazine 'Arena Homme Plus'.
In this cover photoshoot, Lee Jung-jae created his own atmosphere and emotions between the lighting and the podium, resembling a monodrama. The unique mood, portrayed through seasoned poses and deep emotional lines, filled the studio throughout the shoot and was captured in the photographs.
In a subsequent interview, Lee Jung-jae shared his thoughts on his long-standing role as Seong Gi-hun in the Netflix series 'Squid Game'.
He stated, "I have been doing this for a long time and have taken on many characters. Among them, there are characters that received a good response and some that did not. I try to maintain a calm demeanor regarding Seong Gi-hun, as I think he is one of those characters. It is a very successful work and character, but I can't just be caught up in that success. At the same time, since it is a role that I have naturally pondered over for a long time while filming and communicating with the audience, there is also joy in knowing that it will remain as another character in my life."
Lee Jung-jae also reflected on his consistent activities over the years.
He said, "I never expected to achieve this kind of success or to act for this long. I felt a while ago that I wouldn't be the same as before. Yet, I kept hoping to do one more project well, passing each year. Because I did one project well, there is a next year. That was neither planned nor predicted by me. I hope for it, but life doesn't always go as we wish. I can only work hard. And by doing so, I have come this far. I am very grateful."
