Seo Min-jae (31, now known as Seo Eun-woo) from 'Heart Signal 3' has shared an update two weeks after hinting at a drastic choice.
On the 5th, Seo Min-jae's legal representative stated through a media outlet, "Seo Min-jae has no significant health issues. We are in contact regarding the incident," addressing the current situation.
Previously, on the 19th of last month, Seo Min-jae posted a screenshot of a phone screen with the word 'will' written on it on her SNS. The content was obscured.
In the post, she wrote, "Who is struggling mentally and physically? Is it the person who is pregnant and fighting alone, or the one who hides and spends millions to hire a large law firm to sue the baby's mother for stalking?" She added, "When my mom tells me not to contact her again in response to a message suggesting we resolve this through conversation for the baby's sake, it seems like my mom is also going to sue for stalking."
Afterward, as there were no further updates on Seo Min-jae's situation, concerns about her well-being began to emerge.
Last month, Seo Min-jae stirred controversy by revealing her pregnancy news and conflicts with her boyfriend, Mr. A. According to Seo Min-jae, Mr. A has cut off contact since the pregnancy. In response, she shared details about Mr. A's school, student ID, age, and workplace, expressing her distress.
Mr. A's side has filed a lawsuit against Seo Min-jae for violations of the Stalking Punishment Act, confinement, assault, and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation). Seo Min-jae's side stated, "What we want from Mr. A is for him to show a responsible attitude as the father of the child and to have sincere conversations for that purpose."
Seo Min-jae gained attention for her background as a corporate automotive technician and her striking appearance when she appeared on 'Heart Signal 3' in 2020. However, in August 2022, she was sentenced to 10 months in prison with a 2-year probation for using methamphetamine with Nam Tae-hyun at her home. After changing her name to Seo Eun-woo, she passed the recovery support training course at the Korea Drug Abuse Prevention Center and was accepted into the integrated master's and doctoral program at Sogang University’s Graduate School of Theology, currently working as an influencer.
