JTBC will feature a special program with 'Newsroom' and the documentary 'Record of Three Years of Regime Change'.
On the 4th, JTBC will focus on the trajectory of the 21st President Lee Jae-myung, who was at the center of turmoil, through the special documentary 'Record of Three Years of Regime Change'.
This documentary covers the events that occurred after the defeat in the 2022 presidential election and the political choices made by Representative Lee Jae-myung. It also captures various perspectives surrounding him and the process leading up to his election as president on the 3rd.
The documentary reveals the true face of power that emerged after the launch of the Yoon Suk-yeol government, the successive 'Kim Geon-hee risk', the former president's martial law, and impeachment. It unfolds the story centered around the bold moves made by politician Lee Jae-myung during this dynamic period.
Since the martial law declared on December 3 last year, JTBC has produced special documentaries for every significant moment recorded in Korean history. Starting with 'Insurrection: A Record of 12 Days', it has aired a total of four special documentaries including 'Yoon Suk-yeol: Who Was His Enemy?', 'Anger Virus: Yoon Suk-yeol and the Era of Fracture', and 'Yoon Suk-yeol's Impeachment: A Record of Judgment'.
The documentary 'Record of Three Years of Regime Change', which focuses on the period until the early presidential election following the impeachment of the former president, is the concluding piece of that series.
Meanwhile, JTBC will expand 'Newsroom' into a special two-part program at 6:30 PM on the 4th. In the second part, key figures from the Democratic Party and the People Power Party will be invited to discuss evaluations of the recent presidential election and expectations for the new government.
The special documentary 'Record of Three Years of Regime Change' will be broadcast at 11 PM.
