Actress Lee Mi-sook revealed the good deeds of her junior, Jeon Ji-hyun.
On the 22nd, Lee Mi-sook shared her cooking moments on her YouTube channel and drew attention by talking about Jeon Ji-hyun.
She mentioned, “I started thinking a lot about health since my 30s,” adding, “These days, actors are like that too. Especially, she is a top actress and it’s no joke. She is a fitness enthusiast and cooks all her meals. I have a recipe that I learned from her,” which piqued curiosity.

Lee Mi-sook revealed that the junior actress she was talking about is indeed Jeon Ji-hyun. She said, “Ji-hyun is really quick with her hands. When I asked, ‘Why can’t I peel the egg?’ she said to use cold water. (Besides that) she is really smart,” and added, “She brings food to the filming set and gathers the director and us. She really eats healthy food. She warms up soft tofu and adds salted kelp to it.”
She continued, “Ji-hyun told me, ‘I will work for a long time like you, teacher.’ In reality, health is important,” she emphasized.
When the production team asked, “So, are you following Jeon Ji-hyun’s recipes?” Lee Mi-sook replied, “I follow a few. I really looked at her again. When it comes to food, she is the real deal,” praising her repeatedly.
Lee Mi-sook and Jeon Ji-hyun are set to release the Disney+ original series ‘Polaris.’ ‘Polaris’ tells the story of Moon Joo (Jeon Ji-hyun), a diplomat and former UN ambassador who has built an international reputation, as she chases the truth hidden behind a huge incident with a nationality-less special agent, San-ho (Kang Dong-won).
