Artist Company is producing 'Salon de Holmes' as its first work of the year.
On the 16th, Artist Company announced, "The new ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Salon de Holmes', co-produced by Artist Company, A2Z Entertainment, and Neo Entertainment, will premiere on June 16."
'Salon de Holmes' is a lifestyle-oriented comic investigation drama set against the backdrop of the Gwangseonju Apartment, where villains abound, featuring housewives who band together to take down the everyday evildoers. The story follows the high-level detective brain (Lee Si-young), former detective woman Ma Dong-seok (Jung Young-joo), the legendary insurance king (Nam Gi-ae) with keen instincts, and the queen of part-time jobs (Kim Da-som) as they solve unusual incidents within the apartment complex.
The direction is handled by directors Min Jin-ki and Jung Hyun-nam, known for the 'Shinbyeong' series. The script is written by Kim Yeon-sin, who has worked on 'My Man's Secret' and 'Heavenly Promise'. Additionally, writer Ahn Yong-jin, known for 'SNL' and 'Comedy Big League', is participating as a co-writer, raising expectations for a solid story and delightful humor.
'Salon de Holmes' is the first drama to be released by Artist Company in 2025. Having built its capabilities by co-producing films like 'Hunt' and dramas like 'The Silent Sea', Artist Company adds significance to this first work as it officially launches its production business.
