Jin (32, Kim Seok-jin) of the group BTS has donated 100 million won to the Children's Hospital at Asan Medical Center in Seoul.
Asan Medical Center announced on May 5 that Jin had delivered a donation of 100 million won to the Children's Hospital.
Jin stated, "Every time I see children fighting against illness, my heart aches," and added, "I decided to make this small contribution with the hope that sick children can recover their health and play joyfully as soon as possible."
A representative from Asan Medical Center mentioned, "We plan to use Jin's donation to improve the medical environment and care for pediatric patients."
Meanwhile, Jin is set to release his second mini-album 'Echo' on the 16th and will hold solo fan concerts in a total of 9 cities, starting in Korea on the 28th, followed by Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and more.
