A's legal representative, Roel Law Firm, stated, "Seo Eun-woo posted several photos on her Instagram account, which is in her name, showing A's face directly on May 2, 2025, and from May 3, 2025, she has been posting messages that could mislead people into thinking that A unilaterally cut off contact as soon as he learned about Seo Eun-woo's pregnancy, along with A's workplace and address."
Earlier on the 2nd, Seo Min-jae posted a fetal ultrasound photo on her social media with the caption, "Congratulations on becoming a dad." She also shared a photo of her boyfriend A wearing a university jumper, expressing her gratitude for the congratulations.
This was a typical 'love-stagram' like any other couple, receiving congratulations from netizens, but the next day, on the 3rd, Seo Min-jae revealed text messages hinting at conflict with A. She texted A, "Please contact me. What if you keep avoiding me? What if you abandon me after I got pregnant so irresponsibly?"
On the 4th, she also stated, "The guy who got me pregnant is contacting me, saying he will sue me for stalking and that he will pursue criminal charges," revealing A's name, birth year, university, major, and student ID.
In response, A's legal representative stated, "A learned about the pregnancy from Seo Eun-woo and has been in continuous contact with her to discuss the future, and he has never acted to evade responsibility, including informing his parents of the truth."
They continued, "However, starting from around April 29, 2025, Seo Eun-woo suddenly began to question A about things he did not actually say, making dozens of phone calls, and on April 30, 2025, she even went to A's address and honked the horn for about five minutes until A came down."
Furthermore, "Seo Eun-woo confined A to prevent him from leaving after making him come to her address and did not hesitate to assault him. After changing her name to Seo Eun-woo, she passed the recovery support training course of the Korea Drug Abuse Prevention Center and was accepted into the integrated master's and doctoral program at Sogang University's Graduate School of Theology, continuing her activities as an influencer.
