Singer and broadcaster Lee Sang-min, who announced his remarriage, is reported to have already completed his marriage registration.
According to the Cultural Daily on the 1st, Lee Sang-min became an official couple with his wife after registering their marriage at a district office in Seoul on the 30th.
However, Lee Sang-min plans not to hold a wedding ceremony. It is said that he will skip the wedding to consider his non-celebrity wife and will have a celebration with family and close friends instead.
On the 30th of last month, Lee Sang-min announced his marriage news directly through social media, stating, "I have someone I love very much. I want to move forward together in the second act of my life with him," and added, "Since this is a precious person I found late, I was very cautious, which is why I delayed informing those around me."
He introduced his wife by saying, "She is someone who makes me want to protect her through any hardship, and I believe we can be happy together for a lifetime." He also added, "I will live with more responsibility every moment to repay those who have supported me."
Previously, Lee Sang-min married broadcaster Lee Hye-young, a former singer, after an 8-year relationship in 2004, but they divorced the following year. Lee Sang-min's marriage-related story is set to be revealed on the SBS entertainment show 'My Ugly Duckling' airing on the 11th.
