Reports have emerged that Japanese top actress Nagano Mei (25) is dating both Tanaka Kei (40) and Korean actor Kim Mu-jun (26) at the same time, but Kim Mu-jun's side has denied the dating rumors, stating they are “just close colleagues.”
On the 23rd, Kim Mu-jun's agency, 9ato Entertainment, stated, “Kim Mu-jun and Nagano Mei are not in a romantic relationship. They are close colleagues.”
On the same day, a Japanese media outlet revealed that Nagano Mei is in an affair with Tanaka Kei, reporting that she is currently dating a Korean actor while working on the same project. Tanaka Kei is a married man who has been married since 2011 and has two children, and he is 15 years older than Nagano Mei.
Kim Mu-jun gained recognition through dramas such as ‘Nevertheless’, ‘The Speed Going to You 493km’, ‘Lovers’, and ‘Sorry, Today Too’. He also made his overseas debut last year with the Japanese drama ‘Black Pean’. He is currently appearing in the drama ‘Caster’ alongside Nagano Mei.
Nagano Mei's side has denied all allegations of infidelity and the dating rumors, stating through local media, “Tanaka Kei is just a senior in the entertainment industry, and there is no fact of dating. Kim Mu-jun is also not a romantic partner.”
Meanwhile, Kim Mu-jun is set to appear in the new SBS drama ‘Kiss is Just for Fun!’ scheduled to air in September.
